| GeoTerraImage (Pty) Ltd (GTI) currently employs 13 full time members of staff, who collectively represent over 80 man-years of professional experience in remote sensing, image processing, image interpretation and related geo-spatial technologies. All technical staff have graduate or higher-level formal qualifications in remote sensing or associated geospatial technologies, from national and international educational establishments. All Directors are also registered with the South African Council for Professional and Technical Surveyors (PLATO) as Professional GIS Practitioners, highlighting the depth of experience within the company. Current GTI staff are registered with PLATO as Professional GIS Practioners in Training, with one member already fully qualified as a Professional and one qualified as a Technician. All new staff members working at GTI are encouraged to enroll as Professional GIS Practitioners in Training with PLATO. |
